Todd Nye received his B.A. degree from MSU. He graduated cum laude from Thomas Cooley Law School and received a Book Award for Research and Writing. While in law school, he interned as a clerk for the Hon. Peter Houk of the Ingham County Circuit Court.

Currently Nye & Associates, PLLC has 8 staff employees and 2 associate attorneys with offices in Roscommon and in Bay City.

Mr. Nye is admitted to practice in the Michigan state courts and the federal courts for the Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court. He belongs to various professional organizations, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the criminal law and family law sections of the Michigan state bar. He was recently recognized by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan for his pro bono service.
